convenient location, walking distance to the railway station and just off the main pedestrian street and the city centre - 24/7 fully automatic EDEKA convenience store nearby - friendly staff - could leave my luggage during the day at no extra cost while I was visiting nearby Strasbourg (short ride on the local railway) and pick it up in the evening when I continued my way to the final destination - not relevant for me, but they seemed to have a parking lot just in front of the hotel - the room was in the annex building and was quiet - bed was really comfortable and the room was equipped with everything I could think of, even a tea kettle and tea bags/coffee were provided

Very clean, friendly service, fast internet, delicious breakfast buffet, very comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, large room and its decor is very nice and aesthetic. Free parking behind the hotel.

Excellent location, a short walk to everything you might need. Also great to go to Europa Park (25 minutes away by car). The bed is huge and super comfortable. Bathroom and towels were clean. Nothing to complain in terms of comfort and hygiene.

great location for walking into town and the hotel is not far from the train station. The lady staff at reception, She is polite and kindly help us move some heavy baggage into storage room near the counter. They have free coffee and tea corner at the lobby. Room size is quite bigger than other Ibis Style hotels.

I'd really want to thank the one who welcomed me on my first day (23th of December 2023 / 15 PM) unfortunately I don't know his name but he is the most professional and friendly receptionist I've ever met in my life. We booked the hotel as our place to stay while visiting Europapark (For halloween). It’s a clean hotel with friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. You’re also in the centre of Offenburg so you can walk to the restaurants.

Location was great, close to the train station but still a quiet area. Internet worked really well, I was even able to had some work meetings from there. Room was small but perfect for my short stay. Desk with chair was very helpful. The kettle and infusion options available are always welcome. Nice and modern bathroom. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The staff was friendly.

the room was very spacious and nice for the price. the WiFi was very fast. the staff was very friendly. and the location was perfect, close to a free atm, city center and train station.

It was clean, tidy and comfortable , near to the city Center. The staff was really nice and helping. They also provided me with a spare iPhone charger

Delicious breakfast, comfy bed, distance from the train station (circa 8 minutes by foot), welcoming staff, clean and tidy room, necessary utilities were provided such as iron, hairdryer, iron desk.
